Aurora, IL-  Illinois Tech men's basketball went on the road to take on Aurora University who has been enjoying a successful season so far, with a 15-5 record going into the match up versus Tech.

Unfortunately for Tech, Aurora started the first half firing on all cylinders; shooting an impressive 54% from the field and amassing 48 points. Tech was outscored 48-21 by Aurora in the first half; a 27 point deficit going into the locker room.

Aurora repeated its first half prominence on their way to a 101-38 victory.

Samuel Rarick led the Hawks with 22 points while Manish Suthar chipped in 8 points.
