Men's Swimming and Diving Defeats Beloit

CHICAGO, Ill.- The Illinois Institute of Technology men's swimming and diving team opened up the home slate on Saturday afternoon, defeating Beloit College.

Scarlet Hawk Standouts

In the 200 Yard Freestyle, Connor McGuire narrowly edged out Beloit's Meshach Roberts with a time of 1:57.78.
Julian Escasa was victorious in the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 22.52s and the 100 Yard Butterfly at 54.08s.
Michael Milici was impressive in the 200 Yard Individual Medley with a 2:06.06 time. He also won the 100 Yard Breaststroke at 1:05.18.
In the 100 Yard Freestyle, Tanner Grieve won with a 50.68s time.
Jay Korhonen took the 100 Yard Backstroke event at 58.07s,
Kevin Boldt won the 500 Yard Freestyle event with a time of 5:06.02.
