hicago, IL — Illinois Tech Women's Volleyball (12-14, 7-6 NACC) defeated Rockford University (5-17, 3-9 NACC) in four sets on Senior Night at the Keating Sports Center, winning 25-16, 25-18, 22-25, 25-17. Illinois Tech recorded 52 kills and 95 digs to secure the conference victory. Illinois Tech honored their senior Anna Jones, Ana Sebastio, and

Illinois Tech holds an overall record of 12-14 and is 7-6 in NACC play which has earned them the seventh seed in the conference tournament. The Regents stand at 5-17 overall with a 3-9 record in the NACC.
Illinois Tech began the match with a strong performance, taking an early 3-0 lead with a key kill from
London Francis, followed by a service ace from
Rowan Midgette. Rockford managed to level the score at 9-9 after capitalizing on several attack errors by Illinois Tech. However, Illinois Tech regained momentum, as
Victoria Aspurez and
Ana Jones each contributed with kills, pushing the home team ahead to 18-14. Late in the set, Illinois Tech capitalized on Rockford's attack errors and secured the set point with a kill from
Ana Jones. The set concluded at 25-16 in favor of Illinois Tech, following an attack error by Jalyn Rhodes of the Regents.

Karla Leonte and
London Francis, narrowing the gap to 20-20. Despite this comeback, Illinois Tech's momentum was halted by consecutive attack errors, allowing the Regents to close out the set. The pivotal point came as Rockford's Leila Cooks delivered a decisive service ace to seal the set.

However, Illinois Tech responded quickly, capitalizing on Rockford's service errors and attack mistakes to even the score at 1-1. Ashley Miller extended the Regents' lead with two service aces, but a kill by
