Milwaukee, Wis. - Maximo Dowling of Illinois Tech Men's Volleyball earned Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Student-Athlete of the Week - Offensive honors for Men's Volleyball for his performance for the Scarlet Hawks this past week.

Dowling, a sophomore outside hitter and Computer Engineering major from Burlington, Vermont, put together his best two-game stretch in his early Scarlet Hawks career. On Wednesday, Dowling set a new career-high in kills in a match with 24 in the Hawks' 3-2 win over CUW. He followed that up with a 23-kill effort in the Hawks' 3-2 win over WLC on Saturday. For the week, Dowling had 4.70 kills per set with a .308 attack percentage. He is currently 5th in the NACC with 3.41 kills per set.
