Biography

High School/Club: Placed at regionals and reached Sectionals last winter in 3 events for club also became a city champion in the 100 fly for high school season.; Graduated with a 3.6 gpa.; Lindblom Varsity Swim Team, Captain 2022 Midway Aquatics Club Sept 2019 - Present Nasa Aquatics Club Aug 2017- Aug 2019 Lindblom Varsity Swim Team 2018, 2019 Volleyball 2018, 2019 Soccer 2016,2017,2018

- Earned Scarlet Hawk of the Week honors for the week of October 20th: took home the sole first-place finish for the Scarlet Hawks in their triangular meet with Wheaton and host UChicago this past Saturday. In his first butterfly event of the season, Rose outraced several swimmers from nationally ranked (#4) UChicago in the 100-yard butterfly to take first place with a time of 52.18. Rose also finished fourth in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.68, and was a leg in both the second-place 400-yard freestyle relay team as well the third-place 200-yard medley relay team for the Hawks.

- Appeared in 11 meets with 12 relay appearances.
- Won the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.66) and helped the 200-yard medley relay place 1st (3:35.22) against Wisconsin-Whitewater on Oct. 11.
- Won the 100-yard butterfly (52.18) and swam on the 200-yard freestyle relay that placed 2nd (2:47.05) against the University of Chicago on Oct. 25.
- Swept 4 events against Carthage on Jan. 17, winning the 200-yard medley relay (1:34.90), 400-yard freestyle relay (3:11.17), 200-yard freestyle (1:49.46) and 100-yard butterfly (52.66).
- Placed 2nd in the 100-yard butterfly (50.96, finals) and helped the 200-yard medley relay finish 2nd (1:33.28) at the Liberal Arts Conference Championships on Feb. 13.
- Won the 100-yard freestyle (46.63, finals) at the Liberal Arts Conference Championships on Feb. 14.
