Harvey transformed a young Track & Field Program at Walter Payton College Prep in Chicago into a Top 3 conference ranking in disciplines after enrollment dropped. Personally competed at the college level and demonstrated true determination and grit after recovery from a ruptured tendon. Operates with high expectations of student athletes in academic achievement, athletic competition, and work ethic – and brings 5 years of coaching experience in a diverse environment with limited resources.
