De Pere, Wis. - With St. Norbert hosting a homecoming football game earlier in the afternoon, the Illinois Tech women's soccer team had to play a rare late October night game against the Green Knights Saturday night in Northern Wisconsin. Day game, night game, home game, road game, it doesn't matter - the Scarlet Hawks keep on winning, and they continue shutting out their opponents. The Scarlet Hawks got two first half goals, and two late second half goals to blank the Green Knights 4-0. With the win, the Hawks remained unbeaten in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) play with an 8-0-1 record, and improved to 11-2-1 overall. The Green Knights fell to 4-4-1 in conference and 5-8-1 overall.
The Scarlet Hawks offense continues to be the catalyst that keeps the ball away from their opponents, while creating shots and generating multi-goal performances per game. Over the last three matches, all Scarlet Hawk shut out victories, the Hawks have:

How It Happened
- Caitie Chismarich opened the scoring for the Scarlet Hawks at 14:06 with her 11th goal of the season, with an assist from Hannah Ramos. For Chismarich, she now places second in conference goal scoring, trailing only Wisconsin Lutheran's Ava Zarling, who has 12 goals. The goal by Chismarich was also her fifth game-winning goal, which leads the NACC.
- Eva Narvarte tallied for the Scarlet Hawks just over 13 minutes later, with another assist by Hannah Ramos. For Narvarte, it was the third goal of the season for the first-year forward.
- Neither team found the back of the net the remainder of the first half, and for the first 35 minutes of the second half.
- The Scarlet Hawks would break through again with just under 10 minutes to play in the match, when Avery Sealey converted a feed from Wiktoria Ucher for her first goal of the season, coming at 80:33.
- Just under five minutes later, the Scarlet Hawks would score their fourth and final goal of the match, as Joanne Porter tallied her first goal of the season, with an assist from Kayla O'Neal.
