Milwaukee, Wis. - The Illinois Tech men's volleyball team was recognized when Riley Laite, Alec Donald and Colten Farrell were all named to the 2025 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Men's Volleyball All-Conference team.

Laite, a senior outside hitter and Architectural Engineering major from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, was named a Second-Team All-Conference selection. This is Laite's first all-conference honor. Laite was the team leader on offense in kills and kills per set (186/2.58), service aces and service aces per set (34/0.47) and total points and points per set (230/3.19). Laite's 0.47 service aces per set mark led all NACC players, and his 2.58 kills per set average placed him 15th in the conference. His 3.19 points per set placed him at 13th in conference on the season. Laite's 130 digs ranked 4th on the team, and his 283 receptions put him in 3rd place on the team.

Donald, a senior libero and Computer Science major from Lansing, Illinois, was named an Honorable Mention All-Conference selection. This was Donald's second all-conference honor, as he was named for the same honor in the 2024 season. Donald paced the Scarlet Hawks in total digs with 271 and digs per set at 2.68. His digs per set total also placed him 4th in the conference. Donald set a new school record for digs in a single match with 23 in the Scarlet Hawks match against CUC on March 25th, breaking the previous record of 21 set by Derek Bostick against Loras in February, 2018. Donald was also the team leader in total receptions with 572, while only recording 17 reception errors on the season, good for a .970 reception percentage.

Farrell, a sophomore middle blocker and Architecture major from San Diego, California, was named an Honorable Mention All-Conference selection. This is Farrell's first all-conference honor. Farrell was the team leader in total blocks with 59 and blocks per set at 0.83, which placed him 12th in conference. Farrell was 6th on the team in kills with 103.
