Elijah Johnson of Illinois Tech Men's Volleyball was named to the
College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2025 Men's Volleyball Academic All-District® Team for NCAA Division III.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's Volleyball Team, a part of the CSC "At-Large" sports entrants, is selected by College Sports Communicators, and recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a sophomore or higher in class level, carry a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average (out of a scale of 4), and must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.
Johnson, a setter and Computer Engineering major from Fort Worth, Texas, led the Scarlet Hawks with 635 assists this past season, good for a 6.83 assists per set average. Johnson was also second on the team with 32 service aces, while adding 33 kills, 184 digs and 17 blocks.
