Box Score Chicago, Ill — Illinois Tech Women's Soccer (3-0-1, 0-0-0) and Hope College (2-2-1, 0-0-0) battled to a 2-2 draw on Wednesday night at Stuart Field, with Hope equalizing in the second half to secure the tie. Illinois Tech remains unbeaten with a record of 3-0-1 after the draw.

Just 15 minutes later, Tvesa Vathulya extended the lead with a goal, bringing the score to 2-0. Despite a quick response from Hope's Grace Fowler in the 27th minute, Illinois Tech maintained a 2-1 advantage going into the break, aided by a strong defensive effort and multiple saves by Kayla Hampton.

The second half began with Illinois Tech showing offensive intent, as Vathulya and Hannah Ramos each took early shots at goal. Despite this pressure, Hope leveled the match at 2-2 in the 66th minute with a goal from Claudia Folkert.
