Chicago, Ill. — In their final non-conference match before Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) play begins on Tuesday, Illinois Tech women's tennis lost to North Park 7-0 on Saturday. Illinois Tech earned a win at No. 1 doubles, but the Vikings took the doubles point and swept the six singles matches.

The Vikings earned the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles.
Martyna Kalinowska and
Annaliese Kielmeyer gave Illinois Tech a 6-3 win over Schuler, Katharina and Richter, Isabelle at No. 1 doubles, but Pugachova, Alexandra and Olsson, Tyra defeated
Maia Lecuona Ramos and
Thea Salcedo 6-4 at No. 2, and Mickelsson, Nova and Dudas, Jessica defeated
Angelica Conwell and
Paige Geiger 6-2 at No. 3.
The Vikings added wins across all six singles courts. Pugachova, Alexandra defeated Kalinowska 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1 singles, Schuler, Katharina defeated Kielmeyer 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 and Olsson, Tyra defeated Lecuona Ramos 6-1, 6-4 at No. 3.
Dudas, Jessica defeated Salcedo 6-4, 6-2 at No. 4 singles, Gifvars, Thea defeated Geiger 6-3, 7-5 at No. 5 and Diamantidis defeated
