Bloomington, Ill. - Another indoor meet, and another set of new school records were established this past weekend when the Illinois Tech track and field team traveled downstate to compete in the Illinois Wesleyan Keck D-3 Select invite this past weekend.

In a non-team-scored event, the Scarlet Hawks came back home with four new individual indoor track school records to update.

Head Coach Tyler McQuality is pleased to see the progress the team has made midway through the indoor season.

"As we get to the halfway point of our indoor campaign, there are a lot of encouraging signs of growth for our team," said McQuality. "We just need to keep our heads down and focus on the process of being at our best later this year."

Said Assistant Coach Evan Balizado: "We are starting to ramp up now that we are at mid-season. Some great field performances from our Women's team including two new school records! Looking for more next week!"
