Milwaukee, Wis. - Antonia Martinez of Illinois Tech Women's Lacrosse earned Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) Student-Athlete of the Week - Offensive honors for Women's Lacrosse for her performance for the Scarlet Hawks this past week.

Martinez, a senior attacker and Business and Public Policy major from Atlanta, Georgia, opened her 2026 season by tallying 8 points on 5 goals and 3 assists in the team's season-opener at Illinois Wesleyan this past Saturday. Through the first week of play, Martinez is the very early leader in the NACC in goals, assists and points. For the week, Martinez had 5 goals on 11 shots(.455 SH%), with 10 shots on goal for a .909 shots on goal percentage.
