Milwaukee, Wis. - Illinois Tech Baseball earned six selections to the 2026 Baseball All-Conference team, the conference announced on Thursday, May 7th, with
Tyler Gutsfeld,
Jack Friar,
Philip Bentz,
Ryan Fostiak,
Quinton Riepl and
Logan Inman each earning All-NACC selections.

Gutsfeld, a senior outfielder and designated hitter and Business and Engineering major from Simsbury, Connecticut, was named a 1st-team All-NACC selection. Gutsfeld is a 4-time All-NACC selection, including a 1st-team selection the last 3 seasons. Gutsfeld led the Scarlet Hawks in home runs (11) and RBI (41), ranking 5th and 11th, respectively in the NACC in those categories. Gutsfeld also led the team in OPS and slugging percentage at .969 and .586, respectively.
Friar, a junior shortstop and Computer Science major from Arlington Heights, Illinois, was named a 1st-team All-NACC selection. This was Friar's first All-NACC honor. Friar led the NACC in stolen bases with 24, was 2nd in runs scored with 54, 5th in walks with 25, 7th in hits with 58 and 9th in on-base percentage at .482.
Bentz, a sophomore catcher and outfielder and Civil Engineering major from Rapid City, South Dakota, was named a 1st-team All-NACC selection. This was Bentz's first All-NACC honor. Bentz led the team and ranked 4th in the NACC in batting average at .427. He was 7th in on-base percentage at .484, 3rd in hits with 70, 6th in triples with 3 and 4th in stolen bases with 20.
Fostiak, a freshman outfielder and Mechanical Engineering major from Wauconda, Illinois, was named an All-NACC Honorable Mention selection. Fostiak ranked 12th in hits (56), 15th in runs scored (41), 13th in RBI (39), 8th in stolen bases (17) and 4th in doubles (16).
Riepl, a freshman infielder and Biomedical Engineering major from Winnetka, California, was named an All-NACC Honorable Mention selection. Riepl appeared in all 40 games, batted .315 with 51 hits, 11 doubles, 36 RBI and 34 runs, while going 17-18 in stolen bases.
Inman, a freshman infielder-outfielder and Aerospace Engineering major from Orlando, Florida, was named an All-NACC Honorable Mention selection. Inman was 3rd on the team in OPS at .964, hitting .388, 38 hits, 22 RBI, and a .474 on-base percentage.
