Illinois Tech men's soccer head coach, Dylan Milkent, has announced the hiring of AJ Moyes and Hasten Biddlecome as assistant coaches for the 2026 season.  

"I'm excited and fortunate for our program to have AJ and Hasten lead the program." said Milkent. "They are both proven winners and are passionate about relationship building. From having the opportunity to coach them to seeing them thrive as young coach's, I am extremely excited to have them be Scarlett Hawks." 

Moyes most recently served as an assistant coach at North Central College, where he was involved in all areas of the program. Previously, AJ served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Dominican University, helping the program win the 2023 NACC Conference Championship. At both stops, Moyes helped develop multiple All-Conference, All-Region, and All-American players. In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, AJ has worked as a professional scout with Nashville SC, evaluating talent for both the MLS first team and academy programs. As a player, Moyes was a two-time CCIW All Conference performer while having professional trials with Indy Eleven, San Diego Loyal, and Forward Madison.  

Biddlecome comes to Illinois Tech after serving as the goalkeeper coach for Dominican University women's soccer program. As a player, Biddlecome set the all-time career shutout record (29) to go along with being atwo-time CCIW All Conference performer and captain. Biddlecome had professional trials with Estrella Amadora 1st Team (Liga Pro 2nd Division. Lisbon, Portugal) and Indy Eleven.
