Milwaukee, Wis. - Illinois Tech women's lacrosse earned four selections to the 2026 NACC Women's Lacrosse All-Conference team, the conference announced on Thursday, April 29th, with
Antonia Martinez,
Kelly Hitchcock,
Samantha Gargiulo and
Elise Wierzchon each earning All-NACC selections.

Martinez was named a 1st-team selection. For Martinez, a senior attacker and Business and Public Policy major from Atlanta, Georgia, this was her third All-NACC selection in 3 years played. She led the team in scoring with 67 points on 50 goals and 17 assists, ranking 4th in the NACC with 3.94 points per game. Her 40 draw controls ranked 2nd on the team. Martinez ranks 4th all-time in Illinois Tech Women's Lacrosse in career points with 197.
Hitchcock was named a 2nd-team selection. For Hitchcock, a graduate student midfielder and Mechanical Engineering major from Scottsdale, Arizona, this was her third All-NACC honor in 3 seasons played. In just 8 games played, Hitchcock was 2nd on the team in points with 19 on 15 goals and 4 assists. She led the team with 69 draw controls, averaging a NACC-leading 8.63 draw controls per game. Hitchcock owns the Illinois Tech Women's Lacrosse career record for draw controls with 323.
Gargiulo was named an honorable mention selection as a goalkeeper, her first All-NACC honor. The junior goalkeeper and Behavioral Health and Wellness major from Downers Grove, Illinois, led the NACC in saves with 174 total, averaging 10.24 saves per game. Her save percentage of .481 ranked 3rd in the NACC. Gargiulo set an Illinois Tech Women's Lacrosse record with 22 saves in a game in the Hawks 3/1 match against Hamline.
Wierzchon was named an honorable mention selection as a midfielder/defender. The first-year defender-midfielder led the Scarlet Hawks with 29 caused turnovers, with her 1.71 CT per game average ranking 16th in the NACC. She also ranked 2nd on the team in ground balls with 40(ranked first among non-goalies on the team), while adding 6 goals, 1 assist and 14 draw controls.
