Greenwood, Ind. - Seniors Antonia Martinez, Iona Pettigrew and Nayeli Samano, and sophomore Anastasiia Nahirna of Illinois Tech women's lacrosse were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2026 Women's Lacrosse Academic All-District® Team for NCAA Division III.

The 2026 Academic All-District® Women's Lacrosse Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

This is the third consecutive year that Martinez and Pettigrew earned Academic All-District honors.

To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a sophomore or higher in class level, carry a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average (out of a scale of 4), and must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.
