Chicago, Illinois - The Illinois Tech women's lacrosse team opened up its 2015 season against a tough opponent in Albion College on Monday night.  They fell by the score of 21-1.  

Albion went ahead just seconds into the game and didn't look back.  Freshman Hawk Sarah Masiorowski scored the lone Tech goal when she breezed past all of the Albion defenders in transition and perfectly placed her shot into the upper corner for the first goal of her college career.  Masiorowski also helped the Hawks with 3 draw controls on the day.  

Briana Villagrana made seven saves in the cage for the Hawks.
