Elmhurst, IL- the Illinois Tech lacrosse team travelled to Elmhurst to take on a good Elmhurst College team. Coming off an impressive win over Carroll College, Tech was looking to earn their first back to back victory of the season.

The first half started with Elmhurst jumping out to a 4-0 lead 14 minutes into the half. The Hawks offense started to develop some traction and scored 3 goals in the first half but was outscored 7-3 by Elmhurst in the half.

The second half mirrored the first where once again Elmhurst tallied the first 4 goals in the early stage of the half. Tech was outscored 9-2 in the second half which led to a 16-5 Elmhurst victory. 5 different Hawks contributed with a goal; Isabel Fitzpatrick Meyers, Kelly Wu, Sarah Maciorowski, Florencia Carrerou, and Cassandra Reineke. Briana Villagrana had 9 saves for the Hawks.

The Hawks fall to 2-8 on the season.
