Chicago, Ill. - Riley Laite of men's volleyball and Allie Sillo of women's basketball are the recipients of Scarlet Hawk of the Week honors for the week ending February 23rd, 2025.

Laite, the senior outside hitter and Architectural Engineering major from Chambersburg, Pa., finished the week with 32 kills and 3.56 kills per set over the Scarlet Hawks two conference victories this past weekend. Included in that was a career-high 22-kill performance in the Hawks' 3-2 home victory over CUW on Saturday. Laite also had 6 service aces, 21 digs and 41 points for the week (4.56 points per set). 

Sillo, the senior guard and Biology/Psychology major from Springfield, Pa., averaged 19 points per game over the final two games of her collegiate career, as the Scarlet Hawks won their final two games on the season to reach the 10-win mark for the first time since the 2008-2009 season. Sillo shot 14-25 from the field for a .560 field goal percentage. Included in that was 10-19 shooting from three-point range, good for a .526 three-point field goal shooting percentage.
